November Newsletter

We’re officially in the middle of fall and there are only good things on the horizon! We’re finally getting plenty of cold weather and with the shorter days, we hope you’re all staying cozy and toasty in your homes. Speaking of homes, the state of the real estate market in the Puget Sound region has certainly been a hot topic lately. We’re continuing to see a correction to the out-of-the-norm market we experienced earlier this year, with homes spending significantly more time on the market than this time last year. Buyers and sellers have to contend with their own unique hurdles in this new market—high interest rates for buyers and less immediate, over-asking offers for sellers. But with the right strategies, everyone can come out a winner.

As always, we’re here to serve as your trusted advisors on your buying or selling journey. Enter the holiday season with a plan in place for your next real estate move. Connect with us today to take the first step.

Wishing you joy, good food, and quality time with loved ones!

Warmly,
