Camano Island has seen a drop in inventory, pushing it more towards a seller’s market now with 1.7 months of inventory. However, homes are staying on the market longer this month than they did last month at an average of 41 days on market versus last month’s average of 29 days. The average sales price has increased to $812,000.
Whidbey Island had 67 homes sold in November, down 48.1% from this time last year. Homes spent less time on the market than Camano, at an average of 32 days, but Whidbey’s months of inventory matches Camano’s at 1.7. The average sales price is down to $559,000, a drop from last month’s average of $593,000 and a 1.7% drop from this time last year.
