April was another busy month! Home prices have continued to increase in Skagit County, but the market might be heading towards a slight cooldown which would be a welcome relief for many. While the market hums along, we are proud to be assisting clients in their real estate ventures and helping them navigate a complex market.

Camano Island remained a seller's market in April. There were 38 homes sold on Camano last month, which represented a 7 percent decrease in home sales year-over-year. However, the average sales price increased, growing 17 percent to $926,000.
Whidbey Island's market also favored sellers. There was a slight decrease in homes sold compared to last April, but the island did see a 4 percent increase of homes for sale. The average sales price also increased 8.5 percent since last April to $619,000.

Home Prices In Skagit County Continue To Grow
