Camano Island remained a seller's market in July. There were 34 homes sold on Camano last month, which represented a 39.3 percent decrease in home sales year over year. Similarly, the average sales price dropped 9.9 percent to $682,000.
Whidbey Island's market also favored sellers. There was a slight decrease in homes sold compared to last July, but the island did see a 9 percent increase in homes for sale. The average sales price also decreased 7.1 percent since last July to $580,000.
